What are the Signs and Symptoms of Pregnancy?

1.Spotting and Cramping

In between eight days after a missed period, most home tests are capable of detecting hCG. A pregnancy test detects hCG levels in your urine.

3. High Temperature of Body

Perhaps, the core temperature of your body quickly increases in hot weather or while exercising. So, higher basal body temperature indicates pregnancy. For caution, do exercise carefully and drink a lot of water.

4. Fatigue

7. Mood Change

8. Frequent Urination

Your amount of pumping blood increases during pregnancy, eventually kidneys process more fluid than average to lead more fluid in your bladder. By this, you need to run to the bathroom frequently.

9. Constipation and Bloating

During pregnancy, hormone changes can slow your digestive system, and you may feel blocked or constipated as a result. Abdominal bloating can also increase due to constipation.

10. Nausea and Morning Sickness

Around weeks 4 to 6, you may have morning sickness and nausea. Many women experience severe or mild morning sickness during the first trimester of pregnancy. Do not get perplexed by the name; you may get sick anytime during the day or night. It is less severe in the second trimester.

11. Dizziness and Hypertension

During the early stages, high or normal blood pressure often drops to cause dizziness. However, hypertension during the first 20 weeks is due to underlying health problems for which doctors’ advice is helpful.

12. Smell Sensitivity

You may have smell sensitivity during the first trimester that can trigger nausea and a strong distaste for some foods. According to research, pregnant women are more intense to rate odors than others.

13. Weight Gain

It is common to gain weight at the end of the first trimester. You may earn between 1 to 4 pounds during this time. In later stages, you put a lot of weight.

14. Heartburn

There is a leakage of stomach acids through a valve between your esophagus and stomach to cause heartburn.

15. Glow and Acne
