• To develop hostile and cordial relations with the Departments empanelled with our Hospital.• Document verification and Initiate the Prior approvals of TPA / PSU Sponsored patients for elective and emergency admissions.• Handle counseling of patients and attendants• Coordination with patients and FO / Billing Teams for admissions.• Procedure and Overstay Approvals for hospitalized PSU sponsored patients.• Finalization of Bills of Cashless sponsored Patients planned to be discharged.• Discharge clearance of Cashless Sponsored patients and bill closure in HIS.• To have a daily round of the entire insurance patient’s, in order to make sure the patients are not facing any problems. If any complaint arises from the end of patient’s, then the same is intimated to Operations Manager.• Submission of Hard copies of bills to concerned PSU / TPA for payment processing.• Post Discharge Query Handling for PSU patients.• Bill Settlement in HIS for received payments and bank reco
