Job Specification:- Qualification :- Batchelor Degree in IT, Minimum Experience 7-8 years, Job Type :- Full time, Location:- Srinagar, Pay :- 30000-35000 per month, Job Description:- 1. To check all the system, printer, software and networking related complaints on time. To keep record of the complaints handled.
2. To raise POs for all hardware and software related tools.
3. To plan preventive maintenance for all IT related hardware.
4. To check software complaints as per the distributed modules. To get help from software team for any software related issues.
5. To keep attendance machines and software up to ensure proper attendance record.
6. To maintain all hardware record and inventory record. To apply asset codes to assets.
7. To keep all CCTV cameras working and install new cameras as instructed by management.
8. To plan and keep data backup of tally, busy and e-mails and other important software’s.
9. To keep systems and network free from viruses.
10. To keep data and information secure and maintain data secrecy.
11. To escalate services regarding EPABX, telephone and internet lease lines
12. To upgrade network after each 6month.
13. You should obey your seniors and are supposed to maintain a high level of Discipline.
14. You should follow the ‘Quality Policy’ of the Hospital and try to put your best to attain the ‘Objective and Targets’ of the Hospital.
15. Your behavior should be polite and cooperative towards your colleagues, staff members and patients.
16. You are responsible to settle down the conflicts of all the class IV employees.
17. Any other project given by Reporting Manager/Top Management from time to time.
18. You have to arrange for the substitute in your absence.
19. You should be available on call in Emergency
20. While on duty, you are supposed to wear Uniform and your ‘Identity–Card’ for identification purpose.
21. A prior notice of one week for leave is required and in case you want to leave the job, a notice of two months is must.
22. Mobile phone network related issues will be resolved by IT Manager or concerned IT head of the branch.
