1. Visit doctors for referral business on regular basis.2. Have to complete knowledge about Hospital, Specialties, Doctors, Procedures, Equipment’s, Rates, Packages & Offers (Time to Time), Campaign’s3. Visit hospitals and nursing homes for IPD tie ups.4. Identify lead to hold CSR event on monthly basis.5. Identify lead for one webinar/camp with respective specialty every month.6. Regular reporting on working areas.7. Scheduling weekly area visits and adherence to the plan.8. Maintain log book for fuel.9. Weekly field reporting.10. Monthly reporting of their performances to their respective reporting manager.11. Meet monthly targets & Reporting.12. Working with camp team for working of field activities.13. You should obey your seniors and are supposed to maintain a high level of Discipline.14. You should follow the ‘Quality Policy’ of the Hospital and try to put your best to attain the ‘Objective and Targets’ of the Hospital.15. Your behavior should be polite and cooperative towards your colleagues, staff members and patients.16. You are responsible to settle down the conflicts of all the class IV employees.17. Any other project given by Reporting Manager/Top Management from time to time.18. You have to arrange for the substitute in your absence. 19. You should be available on call in Emergency20. While on duty, you are supposed to wear Uniform and your ‘Identity–Card’ for identification purpose.21. A prior notice of one week for leave is required and in case you want to leave the job, a notice of one month is must.
