Job Description:-Analyze photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints.
2. Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality
3. Create design that utilize a variety of materials
4. Perform and adjust quantity calculations for practical budgetary purposes
5. Forecast design and construction time frames.
6. Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining constructions project.
7. Handling all type of site works related to civil engineering
8. Perform technical verification of civil engineering documents for their buildings.
9. Prepare and chair progress meetings within their scope of activity (internal or external)
10. Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
11. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
12. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement where required
13. Preparing bar bending schedule as per drawing.
14. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
15. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
16. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
17. Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and stakeholders
18. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.
19. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
20. Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
21. Inspect project sites to ensure they relevant codes and are progressing properly.
