Job Description:-
1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations
2. Delegating work to colleagues within your team; Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff
3. Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project
4. Conduct meetings on-site with architect, top level management and construction crew
5. Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
6. Prepare and submit project estimates to top level management
7. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
8. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
9. Review the work progress on daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
10. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
11. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
12. Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
13. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
14. Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
15. Setting and agreeing budgets
16. Conducting site visits to inspect work, check materials and ensure staff are following health and safety guidelines
