Dr. Anukaran Mahajan, a consultant in ENT and Head Neck Surgery Department, Amandeep Medicity. He joined his medical degree in 2010 and completed his M.S. in ENT and Head Neck Surgery in 2019 at the prestigious institute of VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi.
He is the only ENT doctor in Punjab to complete both his M.B.B.S. (under- graduation) and M.S. (post-graduation) from the aforementioned prestigious institute of VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi.
He has participated in major surgeries for cancer of the mouth, throat, neck, thyroid, and nose during his post-graduation residency. He has won several prizes in various national and state-level quiz contests. Dr. Anukaran Mahajan has more than 10 international and national research publications to his name.
Recently, he authored a chapter in the book entitled 'Pharynx: Diagnosis and Treatment', published in London, United Kingdom. He was invited by SciTech Central Inc., the USA as a guest speaker at the International Conference On Biomedical and Cancer Research, 2019 in Tokyo, Japan.
In 2020, Dr Anukaran Mahajan added another accolade to his academic excellence by completing another degree- DNB Otorhinolaryngology, becoming the only doctor in Punjab to have a dual master's degree in ENT.
Dr Anukaran Mahajan played a role in the treatment and research of patients suffering from COVID-19 and Mucormycosis (Black Fungus) and continues to extend his services. He has been invited as Moderator and Chairperson in many State and National level ENT conferences.
