With over 15 years of experience in the medical domain, Dr Monika Maheshwary is committed to serving patients and achieving exemplary outcomes. She is adept at all the essential surgical and medical procedures while using modern industry technology and equipment. Besides, she is highly skilled in Skills in Ultrasonography, Laparoscopy and Hysterosalpingography.
Dr Monika completed her MBBS from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi in 2002. Further, in 2007, she earned her MS (Gynae & Obs) from RNT Medical College, Udaipur, affiliated with the University of Jaipur.
In addition to her academic qualifications, Dr Maheshwary has undertaken dedicated training in hysteroscopy and in NDVH Surgeries. Moreover, she has attended several conferences, Workshops related to Gynae and Obs to gain knowledge and upgrade her skills as a doctor.
Dr Monika Maheshwary worked as a Senior Residency (from 2007 to 2008) at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Hospital, Delhi. Then, she held the position of Assistant Professor (2008-2010) at Shri Guru Ram Das (SGRD) Medical College, Amritsar.
Subsequently, from 2010 to 2019, she served as a Consultant and Senior Doctor at multiple hospitals including Civil Hospital, Tarn Taran, Apollo Hospital and Sukh Sagar Hospital. She is currently working as a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Amandeep Medicity, Amritsar. Interestingly, she has successfully treated over 5000 patients in her career.
Dr Maheshwary is a highly accomplished professional with over 10,000 handled cases in her portfolio. After performing over 500 laparoscopic surgeries, she has exceptional expertise in high-risk obstetrics cases. Furthermore, she has performed many Hysteroscopic Surgeries, Scarless hysterectomies and Infertility Work-Ups.
When she's not practising medicine, Dr Monika Maheshwary enjoys watching movies, taking a walk in nature and travelling. Moreover, she indulges in altruistic activities such as offering free medical services to the poor and needy. She's a firm believer in meditation which has helped her improve her focus at work and in personal relationships.
