Dr Taha Kapadia is a highly passionate Doctor currently working as a Consultant & Hair Transplant Surgeon at Amandeep Medicity, Amritsar. In 2005, he did his HSC in Science from KTHM College, Nashik, obtaining 96.5% marks. Then, from 2005 to 2010, he pursued his MBBS from Dr D.Y. Patil Medical College, Kolhapur, which is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (M.U.H.S) Nashik.
Having a strong interest in his studies, Dr Kapadia got a distinction in his third year during MBBS. Subsequently, he completed a one-year mandatory internship, including rural posting, in 2011. Further in 2014, he passed DNB General Surgery, in his first attempt, from Shija Hospitals and Research Institute, Imphal, Manipur.
Dr Taha has comprehensive experience in his field of practice. From December 2014 to March 2015, he served as a Registrar in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Government Hospital, BMC, Jogeshwari, Mumbai. In the same month, he started pursuing a fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine and a Master Course in Hair Transplant (Affiliated with the University of Greifswald, Germany).
In addition, he worked as a Registrar in the Department of General Surgery at Amandeep Hospital, Amritsar, from April 2015 to February 2016. From then on, Dr Kapadia worked as a DNB Plastic Surgery Resident at Amandeep Hospital, Amritsar, until February 2019. He also pursued a fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery in Stockholm, Sweden, from January to February 2019.
Moreover, from March 2019 to February 2020, Dr Taha worked as a Consultant in the Department of General Surgery and Trauma Unit at KMC Hospital, Uttar Pradesh. Then, he served as a Consultant in the Department of General Surgery and Trauma Unit at NOVUMAX Hospital, Karnal, Haryana.
Dr Taha Kapadia has heavily contributed to the domain. He has several conferences & paper presentations, thesis work and publications to his credit. Outside of his medical expertise, Dr Kapadia is a multilinguist and enjoys playing Table Tennis, Badminton and Cricket. Interestingly, he was the Captain of Medical College's cricket team and Cultural Secretary during his MBBS.
