Dr. Karnail Kaur is one of the senior most and well-respected lady doctors in Tarn Taran and adjoining districts, where she has been practicing medicine for the past 32 years. She is a graduate of Government Medical College, Amritsar, and did her M.B.B.S. in 1984 and M.D.(Gynae&Obst) in 1988 before joining the PCMS in 1990 to serve at Civil Hospital Tarn Taran while starting her own nursing home, Kamal Hospital, in Tarn Taran City in 2001. She was awarded the prestigious Doctor of Millennium Award in 2001 at Delhi for her distinguished services.
She is the senior most Gynaecologist of the area and is providing excellent services for Maternity and all types of Gynaecological services. She is a FOGSI trained Sonologist and is the only Gynaecologist in the city providing services in Ultrasonography, Sonoalpingography and Transvaginal Ultrasonography. She is also providing infertility services and is instrumental in providing motherhood to infertile couples. This center is a Government Approved center for MTP. Presently she is Head of Gynae Department and available daily at Amandeep Kamal Hospital Amritsar Road Tarn Taran.
